The Demin Skirt is Back!

I’ve gotta say that it’s definitely an odd time of year to bring back the demin mini, considering the ‘fabulous’ British weather in my case and the rain and coldness that comes with it. They would have hit off more so in the spring and summer rather more so than now but  to be honest, it’s never really ever going to go completely out of fashion: as long as you accessorize it well, it will look stylish with most looks.

My favourite is the trampy, cut off look. You can make these at home easily by shortening a longer demin skirt with some scissors to encourage the frays around the bottom. I can’t believe how many girls I’ve seen at college wearing these!

Anyway, the best look right now is to team your denim mini with: thick tights (coloured adds a bit of jazz to your outfit), and long cardigan and ugg boots (yes- the Uggs are back to dominate winter 2008!)

Singing Stars look Sweet In High Waisters For Weston’s T4 On The Beach!

They’ve been really popular recently and high waisted shorts and skirts have also been predicted to be hot this summer with them clogging designer lines and all of the high streets stores.

The Sugar Babes have kept their heads down recently as the media spotlight hasn’t so much been on them but they looked gorgeous in these matching, black and white, similar high waisted skirt/ short and shirt combos.

Another celeb also rocking the high waist included Kelly Rowland who performed smoking renditions of old school Destiny’s Child songs aswell as some new tracks in this orange and black outfit.

Sol-orange Knowles stands out at 22nd birthday bash!

It must be hard living in the shadow of her superstar sister, Beyonce Knowles, but seriously- this orange dress wasn’t the right way to steal the limelight.

Solange showed up to her 22nd birthday party wearing this super bright orange dress and matching heels and apparently her mother and Beyonce both decided to wear black wrap around dresses just so that they would blend in and she would stand out more against them.

She quite literally was the center of attention in this picture of her shown with both Beyonce and her mother but i thought that the simple fact of it being her birthday would have been enough for people to show interest.

I bet she wasn’t too happy, also, when teen star pal JoJo decided to wear this clashing bright aqua dress, which may i add looks amazing on her, in comparison.

Megan Fox Heats Up The Gold Carpet At The 2008 MTV Movie Awards!

Anyone who doesn’t think that Megan Fox looked hot at the 2008 MTV Movie Awards has serious sight problems. I just came across these pictures of her whilst browsing and all i have to say is “Damn- if only i was a man”, haha!

I absoloutely adore the pink Zac Posen ballerina dress and Christian Louboutin heels, especially in this picture, trying to pull off the classic “I’m not as innocent as i look” Marylin pose, obviously.
